You may receive shipping notifications and updates directly from the brand or supplier fulfilling your order.

Phoenix Salon + Spa is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or fulfillment errors related to drop ship orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

All drop ship orders are subject to the return policies of the brand fulfilling your order.

IMAGE Skincare items are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

For eligible returns, items must be unopened, unused, and reported within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
