We want you to love every purchase you make with us! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns & Exchanges:
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at ashley@phoenixcameronpark.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Skincare, makeup, or haircare products that have been removed from original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description so we can make it right.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
